We are excited to launch our new online interface offering over 2,000 clips represented by Footage Search in the USA from the growing David Hannan HD stock footage library.

While David Hannan's marine footage resource is considered one of the finest & most comprehensive independent libraries of Australian underwater marine life, subjects currently represented also include wildlife & scenery from Antarctica & surrounding islands:

• All HD 1080 footage at 24p or 60i from filming expeditions since 2001 is carefully selected & compiled to D5, while older SD material is upconverted to HDcam.
• Coral Reefs and a wide range of creatures that live on them are filmed along the Great Barrier Reef on Australia's East Coast and Ningaloo Reef in the West.
• Locations include the Yongala Shipwreck near Townsville, Lady Musgrave Island & Heron Island, where some specialty Macro footage was filmed.
• During 2003, a Coral Bleaching & a natural Mass Fish Die-off event was filmed at Ningaloo Reef & a major Crown-of-Thorns Sea Star infestation on the Great Barrier Reef.
• General marine subjects include: Anenomes, Coral Reefs, Fish, Nudibranchs, Macro, Rays, some Sharks & Turtles.
• Penguins, Seals, Ice and Antarctic Scenery on HD 1080 at 60i from expeditions to Antarctica during the summer of 2004 - 2005.
